Tried some of the other PEI bed guides and had 2 issues I didn't like:
- The screw hole didn't line up on my Ender 6 extrusion
- A single screw to attach to the extrusion could loosen and move with repeated stress
Quickly made this version that fixes the issues for me. Screw holes line up with the extrusion and the addition of a second screw hole make it much stronger and less likely to move.
I find with these changes I only need a guide on the right side and don't really need one on the bed cable side. This also allows me to use some other flexible beds that I have that are slightly larger. (Wham Bam for example that is 290mmx290mm)
Print with a heat resistant material like ABS/ASA for best results.
Attaches with 12mm M3 screws and t-nuts.
I printed in Voron spec: 4 walls, 5 top & bottom shells and 40% gyroid infil.
