Cork needs to be printed with TPE not TPU , TPE is UV resistant and Ozone resistant while TPU is not.

Materials:

• TPE - 85A - 1.75mm 3D Printer Filament
• 80ml Glass Test Tubes, 25×200mm Round Bottom Test Tubes
• USB 2.0 Female Pigtail Cable
• Flat Slim FPC USB 2.0 Type A Male to USB 2.0 Type A Male Data Cable
• Mini 3W Timer Aquarium Clean Light (UV bulb and Timer PSU)
• Gardner Bender 07315001126 LTB-400 Liquid Electrical Tape (White)

Instructions:

Take the Mini 3W UV apart. It's only held in with a rubber stopper. Crimp the wires of the USB Pig tails to the leads of the UV bulb. Splice the power supply for the USB plug , pay attention to the polarity.

Use Liquid Tape to water proof the USB cork from inside and outside

Optionally add a desiccant.
