A nice and easy COOKIE RECIPE:

250 g Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 100 g Sugar 125 g Butter 1 Egg

Instructions:

In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.

Cut the butter into small cubes and add it to the bowl along with the egg.

Using your hands or the dough hooks of a hand mixer, knead the ingredients into a smooth shortbread dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or place it in a sealable plastic container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin.

Cut out cookies and place them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Knead together any leftover cookie dough, roll it out again, and cut out more cookies.

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven (conventional: 200 °C/fan-assisted: 180 °C) for approximately 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.

Optionally, decorate the cooled cookies with icing, sprinkles, or chocolate glaze according to your preference.

Ein einfaches und gutes Plätzchenteigrezept:

Zutaten:

250 g Mehl 1 TL Backpulver 100 g Zucker 125 g Butter 1 Ei

Zubereitung:

In einer Schüssel das Mehl, Backpulver und Zucker gründlich miteinander vermengen.

Die Butter in kleine Würfel schneiden und zusammen mit dem Ei in die Schüssel geben.

Mit den Händen oder den Knethaken des Handmixers die Zutaten zu einem glatten Mürbeteig verkneten.

Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie wickeln oder in eine verschließbare Plastikdose geben und mindestens 30 Minuten im Kühlschrank kalt stellen.

Teig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen und auf einer leicht bemehlten Arbeitsfläche mit dem Nudelholz ausrollen.

Kekse ausstechen und auf mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backbleche legen. Die Keksteigreste zusammenkneten, erneut ausrollen und ausstechen.

Die Kekse im vorgeheizten Backofen (E-Herd: 200 °C/Umluft: 180 °C) ca. 10 Minuten goldgelb backen.

Die Kekse aus dem Ofen nehmen und auf einem Kuchengitter auskühlen lassen.

Nach Belieben können die abgekühlten Kekse mit Zuckerguss, Streuseln oder Schokoglasur verziert werden.
