I solved the simple attachment of the holder for 2 crutches. I was inspired by the original model, but it had to be completely redesigned.

The holder did not fit due to the collision of the crutches with the wall. A 2cm pad was added under the holder. Next, I doubled the holder to a distance of 12 cm. This makes it easier to mount on the wall. For this bracket, I created a mounting plate for the bracket upon request.

This allows the holder to be hung on the bed (approx. 4 cm thickness of the board) or the side of the bed. Alternatively, it can be hung on the back of a chair.

You will need a rubber for the holder. It can be purchased as a spare part for the standard crutch holders. Alternatively, you can print it from the original model in TPU. You also need small fasteners for screwing to the wall or to the board.

I printed from PETG, on 0.2 and 4 perimeters or 0.3 layer height and 3 perimeters. Always 30% fill. With a smaller number of perimeters, the model is fragile, and with a higher number, there are few springs. Likewise with a higher or lower filling %.

Print one holder and try after cooling.

The board is printed the same way.

Řešil jsem jednodužsí uchycení držáku pro 2 berle. Z původního modelu jsem se inspiroval, ale bylo nutné ho zcela přepracovat.

Držák nevyhovoval kvuli kolizi berlí se stěnou. Byla přidána 2cm podložka pod držák. Dále jsem držák zdvojil na vzdálenost 12 cm. Tím se jednodušeji montuje na zeď.

K tomuto držáku jsem vytvořil na žádost desku k montáži držáku. Tím se dá držák pověsit na postel (cca 4cm tloušťka desky) nebo bočnici postele. Případně jde zavěsit na opěradlo židle.

Budete potřebovat gumu do držáku. Dá se zakoupit jako náhradní díl k běžně dodávaným držákům berlí. Popřípadě ji můžete vytisknout z původního modelu v TPU. Dále potřebujete drobný spojovací materiál pro přišroubování ke zdi nebo k desce.

Tisknul jsem z PETG, na 0,2 a 4 perimentry nebo 0,3 výšky vrstvy a 3 perimetry. Vždy 30% výplň. Při menším počtu perimetrů je model křehký a při vyšším počtu málo pruží. Stejně tak při vyšším nebo nižším % výplně.

Vytiskněte jeden držák a po vychladnutí vyzkoušejte.
