This is my 4th model in Fusion 360, my 2nd enclosure and my first publicly available model. I made a handful of iterations on the primary case and a couple on the lid. Took me about 5 hours with the iterating and testing my design. Its a similar design to my OpenSensor.io Growmax case (my pet project, a custom PCB that I built) but this is for a much smaller electronic.

Lid slides into place. Since its a very small part, it is easy to print and doesn't take much time.

About 20 minutes for the primary case and 8 more for the lid with a .15 MM quality setting on a Prusa MK4.

Print supports everywhere for the case – but for the lid I would avoid using supports.

4mm M2 screws are ideal, in my prototyping I only have 5mm available (ordered some 3 and 4's) and you can see the 5mm screws are starting to push out the bottom of the print, so definitely no longer than 4mm.
