3D-printable MGN rails!

A 3d printed MGN-style linear slide bearing

Ive decided to make my own linear rails when i saw prices for a good quality MGN rails. I hope that this project will allow more people to tinker freely without spending a fortune!

This project features all MGN rail and block types

• MGN7С/MGN7H
• MGN9С/MGN9H
• MGN12С/MGN12H
• MGN15С/MGN15H

With different clearances

• 100 micron
• 200 micron
• 300 micron

Just select a rail type, block size and desired rail length, print rail and carriage block rated for same block-rail clearance and assemble them!

More detailed instructions for printing and assembling the rails are provided in a file below downloadable models
