This lets you mount a normal UM2+ feeder on the right side of the printer as your second extruder. Unlike other mounts, there is a cut out along the side of the mounting plate on this one to accommodate aligning the unmodified UM2+ feeder and motor mounting holes together. The UM2+ feeder on the right side will still have the tension lever facing the original direction but you don't need to buy a UM3 feeder oriented to the left with this mount.
