Intro:

This is a travel case I have designed for traveling. It's fits the Nova 7, and I assume the 7X and 7P. There's a smaller compartment to fit the wireless receiver and a small charging cable.

Print settings:

I printed this all in PLA with 0.2mm height. I haven't tested any other filaments.

Supports:

You could go support free with this. I used small supports to print the inside of the hinges but it's mostly designed to be support free.

Sizes:

The inside is 200mm wide at the speakers, 165mm widest at the headband and 200mm tall.

Hardware:

The hinge takes two M3 x 25mm screws and the magnets are 3x6mm. The 2 screws install from either side of the hinge to meet in the middle.

Notes:

This prints in two pieces with both having the outside facing down on the print surface.
