Stiffening Lift-Off Door Hinges for Original Prusa Enclosure with Mechanical Lock

This is my remix of the amazing Stiffening Lift-Off Door Hinges for Original Prusa Enclosure to allow for compatibility with the Mechanical Lock kit. The primary issue is that the Mechanical Lock kit works by having the right hand door (with rods) hold the left hand door closed, via the “lock door holder A" and “lock door holder B” parts. Also, the “lock door holder A” and “lock door holder B” add about 3mm of extra thickness, so using the OG Stiffening Lift-Off Door Hinges causes the M3x18 screws to protrude out the front. I solved the locking issue by putting a small tab on the right hand door frames, and a corresponding recess in the left hand door frames, so that the right hand door lock can hold both doors closed. To address the screw protrusion issue, I made thicker rod guides, please see my other model. Just like the Stiffening Lift-Off Door Hinges model, this is designed to work with the Lift Off Door Hinge. Will not work with the stock prusa hinges. Thanks to both @CMPDesign and @Heyus_277343
