Two years ago, this was one of the first things I created for my Ender 3 v2. It makes it easier to move the print bed around (while the motors are shut off of course!). It is mounted onto the leveling screws in the front of the print bed as shown in the picture.

Since now the Ender 3 v2 Neo is on the market, I advise you check if that version has the same distance between the front bed-leveling screws, which should be 170mm (measured from the center of each screw).

As for print parameters: Support is required and an infill between 15-25% should suffice.
