I did it based on a commercial product which seems to be appreciated. I tried to make it strong and thick. My choice of settings are: 0.2mm layer height, 3 walls, 4 top/bottom layers, 30% adaptive cubic infill. Use a big brim, to be sure it sticks to the bed till the print ends.
