Printed fine for me with 0.6mm extrusion width on 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, 0% infill, and a few millimeters of brim, in black PLA.

Holds fine using double-sided tape on the back. Make sure the space you measure for your hanger won't interfere with hinges or anything like that for you. I forgot about it and had to cut mine using hot knife after gluing it. ;)

If you need a different number of slots, or your tubes have different dimensions, you should be able to adjust these easily by editing model parameters in FreeCAD.
