This is a 1.1 part multiple purpose paper roll holder for 30 mm hanging rods. This is a work in progress but works as is. It is slightly loose on the standard 1.125 in. diameter rods often used in US homes. All you need to do is print one normally and one mirrored.
I call this 1.1 print because it is mostly 1 part, but the clip that holds it together at the top.
I saw some quick switch toilet paper holder on reddit the other day and it gave me this.
