I designed this because I ran out of my original frames and I could not find any to purchase at a somewhat reasonable price.

Simply print both parts, align them. Wrap a piece of baking/Teflon paper around it and place a flatiron on top for a couple of seconds. How long depends on which iron you use. I used a small traveling and 10 seconds were sufficient. The Frame Should now be ready for use.
