Prusa MINI/MINI+ MINDA holder with cable stress relif and M3 heat set insert

Remix of the original R2 part inspired by the first revision of https://www.printables.com/model/247005 design with M3 heat set insert.

This model made from original step file for M3x5x4 heat set inserts.

UPD 22.11.2023 rev2: Fix the hole dimention for heat set insert. Now the holes diameter 4.7mm instead of 4.6mm
