The eye on the back of my fly vest was difficult for me to hook it into ( Arthritis ) so I came up with this stronger easier to locate replacement which clamps to the fabric of the vest/jacket etc... I also made it so I could slide or clamp it to a belt or strap and also fitted another one in a cupboard to store my nets.

Its probably got more uses than I have listed so let me know if you have used it for something other than Fishing?

PARTS NEEDED

I used 5mm x 25mm Dowel Pins ( slight Chamfer on ends ) 304 Stainless Steel ( eBay )

4x m3 Countersink machine screws and nylock nuts length to suit your needs ( eBay )

PRINTING OPTIONS

I printed this in PETG at 0.2 and 100% infill

I set the printer to do a filament change at the height one layer before the support across the hole for the pin - paced the pin in the continued the print.

The only support needed is under the 4x holes in the main front stl.

FITTING TO FABRIC

I used a Scratch Awl/Bradawl ( pointed metal bar ) to separate the fabric weave before bolting them together.
