An adapter ring made to accomondate the 32mm FJVR mounts using the Ally adapter for 34mm RAV.

This ring is used along with one part of the original adapters which are included in the thermostat packaging and are installed by hand so no other tools or fasteners are needed.

I printed it in ASA to be thermally stable at above 60 degrees since the radiator supply temperature are usually up to 60-70 degrees, which would make PLA soft.

The external threads are 28mm DIN 513 buttress threads but deviating from the standard by having a pitch of only 1,5mm.

The source CAD file is made available as a public project on Onshape so anyone can modify it if needed.
