Mit der Mutter/Fixierring wird ein Lampenschirm an einer G9-Lampenfassung befestigt.

Amazon meinte der das Gewinde hätte einen Durchmesser von 20,8mm mit 2mm Steigung - habe das nächstgelegene Gewinde in Fusion360 genommen: metrisches ISO-Profil M22x2, Klasse 6g, rechts drehend.

Gewindeflächen wurde anschließend um 0,1mm zurückgenommen um den Abstand zwischen Gewinde und Fassung zu vergrößern.

Meine Ausführung wurde in PETG gedruckt, da wir Halogen-Lampen einsetzen und ich keine Ahnung habe wie warm/heiß es im Inneren des Lampenschirms werden kann… Notfalls ABS, ASA oder hitzebestänidge technische Materialien verwenden!

Screw nut/fixation for a G9 lampshade

Amazon mentioned the thread should have a diameter of 20,8mm with a 2mm lead - took the first primising one in Fusion360: metric ISO profile M22x2, class 6G, clockwise.

Thread area taken back by 0,1mm to increase distance between thread and screw.

Printed the part in PETG as we're using Halogen bulbs to power the lamp and I've no clue how warm/hot the inside will get during operation… in case the shade drops: use ABS, ASA or any other heat resistant technical material!
