Bambu Lab Poop Chute

I was not a fan of the poop chutes that were a bucket style. They filled up too quickly and required getting in and around the printer too much. Not having much side to side room meant none of the bigger buckets would work. Which, most of those I found would just pile up in the back and require manual movement to get the poop forward.

So I ran with the idea of letting gravity do all the work for me. Poop chute/ramp feeds directly into a 3" to 2" PVC adapter “funnel” that is connected to 2" PVC pipe. Poop is deposited into a plastic bin located on the bottom shelf of my printer rack. For my second printer, there is one 45 degree elbow to direct the poop waste into the bin.

The chute/ramp is just placed behind the printer at the exit point.

Poop Chute Wall is not required, but used to ensure any of the waste will not hit too high and bounce out due to my lower mounting of the pipe.

To come: brackets to hold the PVC pipe instead of the zip ties in current use.

3 walls

5% cubic infill

Supports are not necessary, but can be used on the chute.
