Xbox360 Controller Button Membrane

This replacement button membrane was measured from a first generation Xbox360 wired controller. It will require some additional cutting after using the old membrane as a template for where to cut. I decided not to model in those cuts since it's likely different for different generations of controllers. Additionally you will need to either salvage the old contact pads and glue them onto the bottom of each button or purchase a suitable replacement material.

As far as what to print this from. I printed using Ziro3D TPU which is a bit harder than the stock silicone membrane. Ideally you would print from a soft TPU.

Note that the start, select, and home button is not included. Mine were still fine so I just cut the connecting strip and focused on the button section.
