I liked vojtz design. Its low profile and you don't even feel its there.

This version is for 4mm (~0.16 inch) thick belts .

There are 2 versions on both of them the loose belt side is a bit longer

In the “Thicker” version the loose belt side clip is 2mm (~0.08 inch) thick giving it a bit more grip on the belt end.

In the “Thinner" version it is 1mm (~0.04 inch) thick .

I'm adding STP files for both versions so you can adjust it to your liking .

I printed with PETG but it tends to bend , PC or ASA are better choices for this.
