I would suggest ABS/ASA or some more heat tolerant material. I used very light print settings (2 Perimeters, 10%), as i was prototypting, and as it works, it will remain like that until it breaks. 3-4 Perimeters and 30% would be better, though…

the freecad file is attached for your viewing horror. Do not use it to modify the bracket, just redraw everything and use the dimensions in the file.
