Induction Coil Heater/Sterilizer

Print flat sides down no supports.

To use, plug into 12v 10amp power supply. Insert tool into coil and hold down the button until it glows, this usually takes a few seconds.

Assembly instructions:

1. Insert both the button and the power supply port into the lid and base and secure respectively.
2. Push zip through the channel in the base.
3. Position and attach the coil with the zip tie.
4. Route the negative lead from the power supply port into the negative connection on the board.
5. Splice together the positive lead from the power supply into one of the leads on the button.
6. Route the free lead from the button to the positive connection on the board.
7. Close together and fix with 12mm m3 bolts

*assembly notes: solder the coil with 30mm OD to OD on the leads, you can use calipers or the base as a guide for this so it fits in place.
