200mm Moon Surfing Girl with Light Box

This was is a christmas present I put together for a family memeber.

I loaded the Light Box into Prusa slicer and loaded the Moon Surf Girl part to the top of the light box. I then split the model at about 25.8mm from the back pannel.

Where I added pins to each of the 6. pieces.

each part was printed sepertly.

• I printed the light box at 0.2mm layer height.
• the Moon Surfing Girl was printed at varation layer Height: all at 80% infill
  • 0.2mm layer height below moon surface at 15% infill
  • 0.07mm layer height for the Moon Lithophane at 100% infill (IMPORTANT)
  • 0.2mm layer height for remaining layers at 15% infill (with ironing enabled for topmost layer)

Learning Notes:

Liphophanes printed on Z-axis will string easily. causing the nozzle to contact with the print during travel. My retraction settings and/or Z-Hop settings need optimized.
