Gắn điện thoại cũ của bạn dưới dạng webcam trên bề mặt kim loại
Mô tả
Mount your old phone onto a metal surface for remotely watching your prints.
The phone holder part can be tilted by +/- 30° and rotated 360° to the desired position and fixed with the knurled screw. The phone can be inserted both horizontally and vertically into the bracket. There is a cutout for the charging cable when used with vertical phone position. Taking out and putting back the phone is easy.
Add as many Ø10 x 4 mm (or thicker) magnets as required. They can be pressed in without glue on a flat surface by putting the magnet under the base part and pressing the base downwards. Adding self-adhesive soft (compressible) non-slip pads between the outer magnets makes it even better.
Maximum phone thickness is 9 mm. If yours is much thinner then add some tape into the slot. It was designed for a smallish 4.6" phone, so it may not work optimally for very large ones.
I use the Android app named “IP Webcam” with great success to watch my 3D printer.
Printing
The screw part is printed with the ball in it. The screw is easily detachable from the supports with a knife.
Supports are required but not in the threaded part of the knurled screw. The base part was printed with full supports, and the bracket part with painted supports. See the photos. I printed it in PETG. If your enclosure gets too hot consider ASA/ABS. The ball and the bracket requires strength, so add 30% infill 4 perimeters and 6 top and 6 bottom layers for the part with the ball.
