This screw cover was inspired by the repair of a kids table soccer. The screw heads stick out on the side and children might injure themself. This cover is designed to be relatively smooth, for a FDM printed part, to make the table safer.

The channels/holes on the bottom can be used to lift the cap of with a small screw driver.

Please check before printing:

• Measure your screw head incl. the washer to check this model fits.
• You should check the tolerances of your printer to ensure a snug fit on the screw head.
• Material shrinkage might effect the snug fit as well.

Print instructions:

• Adjust the size of the screw cover by scaling in the slicer for a snug fit
• Filament of your choice
• 0,2 mm layer height (or lower for extra smoothness)
• Supports needed for the inner overhangs
