PET Bottle Cap Opener BIT

I designed a bit that uses an electric screwdriver to turn the cap. You can insert the bit into the hex shaft of the electric screwdriver and turn the bottle cap.

PET bottle caps are made of a different material than bottles, so they need to be separate when recycling. There is no difficulty in turning caps by hand for a few bottles, but I don't like it when the number of bottles increases.

I have only tried with Japanese ones, so if the size does not fit, please adjust it by yourself.

I believe that printing can be done in about one hour. The material is made of PETG, but since it is a consumable, PLA would also be fine. If it wears out, please remake it.

The trick to using it is to leave about the last groove to stop the cap so that it does not remain on the bit.

Printing conditions Nozzle: 0.4mm Height: 0.2mm Width: 0.6mm Wall: 4 layers Infill: 15% Support: NO Brim: YES Print direction: Hexagonal hole to plate side.

Requirements for electric screwdrivers Must have a chuck or hole that can hold a hexagonal shaft. Variable speed is recommended (for your safety).
