Print in TPU (I used Amazon Basic). The locking sliders can be a bit tight (as they're supposed to be), but they will fit with a bit of patience. The ends plug into the holes at the side of the mask and are to be secured with two couterplates (any reasonably stiff material, e.g. PETG) and two self tapping screws. Make sure the screws don't protrude out of the headband…
Oh, and please note - the two parts are NOT identical. One has the ribbing on the top, the other on the bottom.
