DivineJimmi's beautiful idea of combining patent art with the IKEA SANNAHED frame gave me the idea of adding indirect lighting to the frame when I was shopping for the frame. IKEA KAPPLAKE seemed to me to be a suitable lighting solution. My idea turned out to be useful and I would like to pass it on here for reproduction.

You will need:

- one of DivineJimmi's beautiful patent artworks or you can develop your own based on his idea - a 2mm drill bit - an 8mm drill bit - a sharp craft knife - a 40 cm ruler, metre rule or board of the same length - 3x M2x8 cylinder head screws and 3 matching nuts - an IKEA SANNAHED frame - an IKEA KAPPLAKE lamp

To build:

- Print out your Patentar. Patentart with a white background is suitable here or you have to design it in such a way that translucent parts are created. Of course, any other translucent motifs will also work. - Unpack your IKEA SANNAHED frame and remove all the parts from the frame. Firstly, we need the back panel with the stand. - Now it's the turn of the 8 mm drill, ruler and a pencil.Mark the centre point using the diagonals on the inside of the back wall (make a line between 17 cm and 18.5 cm). Go 1.5cm upwards from this (the top is where the holder for the nail is on the back ;) ) and make a marker for your drill hole here. When drilling, make sure that you drill slowly and not with too much pressure, otherwise the back will tear out.- Clean the drill hole with the craft knife by pushing the blade all the way out and cutting off the protruding drill residue as flat as possible.- Now that we are armed with the craft knife, let's grab the ruler and remove the bottom right-hand corner of the back panel, this will be our cable grommet. To do this, place the ruler at the bottom and on the right and mark a point 1cm from the corner to the top and to the left. If we place the ruler at these 2 points, we can simply cut off the corner. Make several cuts and then clean up the cut edge.- Now insert the switch button (LH_SK) from the inside of the rear panel through the hole and place the cover for the outside (LH_AA) on the back. This now serves as a drilling template for the screw holes. - Drill the three holes with the 2 mm drill and clean them again with the knife. - Now insert the three M2x8 cylinder head screws from the outside through the cover for the outside and the back of the frame. - Remove the switch knob, place the holder for the IKEA KAPPLAKE lamp on the three screws and secure the screws with the nuts.

- Tighten the screws, insert the switch button through the hole from the inside and click the IKEA KAPPLAKE lamp into the holder.- Now stick the motif into the passe-partout of the frame. This can be done using transparent adhesive tape or superglue. -Now we finally come to the final assembly.Place the frame face down.Make sure that the frame is positioned so that the corner with the missing clips is at the bottom right. Then place the plastic glass in the frame.First remove the protective film from the plastic glass. Place the passe-partout with our attached motif on top. Now insert the inner frame and place the back with the lamp on top. The corner of the back with the cable grommet must be at the bottom right. Now press the clamps closed again so that the back is well mounted. To do this, press the back slightly upwards and bend the lower clamps closed first. This gives us a little extra space for the cable feed-through. - We have finally reached the last point. Connect the frame to a USB power supply. If necessary, click on the switch button on the back and view your work. Now rejoice!

DivineJimmi hat mich mit seiner schönen Idee, Patent-Art mit dem IKEA-Rahmen SANNAHED zu verbinden beim Besorgen des Rahmens auf die Idee gebracht den Rahmen mit einer indirekten Beleuchtung zu versehen. IKEA KAPPLAKE schien mir hier als Beleuchtung geeignet. Meine Idee hat sich als brauchbar erwiesen und ich möchte diese hier zum Nachbau weitergeben.

Ihr benötigt dazu:

- eine der schönen Patent-Arts von DivineJimmi oder ihr entwickelt auf seiner Idee eigene - einen 2mm Bohrer - einen 8mm Bohrer - ein scharfes Bastelmesser - ein 40 cm Lineal, Meterstab oder Brett mit der gleichen Länge - 3x M2x8 Zylinderkopfschrauben und 3 passende Muttern - einen IKEA SANNAHED-Rahmen - eine IKEA KAPPLAKE-Lampe

Zum Bau:

- Druckt eure Patentar aus. Hier eignet sich Patentart mit weißem Hintergrund oder Ihr müsst diese so designen, das durchscheinbare T eile entstehen. Natürlich gehen auch alle anderen durchscheinenden Motive. - Packt euren IKEA SANNAHED-Rahmen aus und entnehmt alle Teile dem Rahmen. Wir benötigen als erstes die Rückwand mit dem Aufsteller. - Nun sind der 8mm Bohrer, Lineal und ein Stift an der Reihe. Markiert euch über die Diagonalen auf der Innenseite der Rückwand den Mittelpunkt (macht einen Strich zwischen 17cm und 18,5 cm). Geht von diesem 1,5cm nach Oben (oben ist dort wo die Halterung für den Nagel an der Rückseite ist ;) ) und macht euch hier einen Marker für euer Bohrloch. Achtet bei bohren darauf das ihr langsam und mit nicht zu viel Druck bohrt, sonst reißt euch die Rückseite aus. - Säubert die Bohrstelle mit dem Bastelmesser indem Ihr die Klinge ganz herausschiebt und möglichst flach die abstehenden Bohrreste abschneidet. - Da wir gerade mit dem Bastelmesser bewaffnet sind schnappen wir uns noch da Lineal und entfernen die rechte untere Ecke der Rückwand, dies wird unsere Kabeldurchführung. Legt dazu das Lineal unten und rechts an uns markiert euch einen Punkt je 1cm von der Ecke nach oben und nach links. Wenn wir an diese 2 Punkte das Lineal anlegen können wir einfach die Ecke abschneiden. Macht hierzu mehrere Schnitte und säubert danach die Schnittkante. - Stecke nun den Schalterknopf (LH_SK) von den Innenseite der Rückwand durch das Loch und legen hinten die Abdeckung für die Außenseite (LH_AA) auf. Diese dient nun als Bohrschablone für die Schraubenlöcher. - Bohrt und mit dem 2mm Bohrer die drei Löcher und säubert diese wieder mit dem Messer. - Steckt nun von Außen die drei M2x8 Zylinderkopfschrauben durch die Abdeckung für die Außenseite und die Rückseite des Rahmens.

- Entfernt den Schalterknopf, setzt die Halterung für die IKEA KAPPLAKE-Lampe auf die drei Schrauben und fixiert die Schrauben mit den Muttern. - Zieht die Schrauben an, steckt den Schalterknopf von der Innenseite durch das Loch und klickt die IKEA KAPPLAKE-Lampe in die Halterung. - Jetzt kleben wir das Motiv in das Passepartout des Rahmens. Dies können wir mittels transparentes Klebeband oder Sekundenkleber erledigen. -Jetzt kommen wir endlich zur Endmontage. Legt den Rahmen mit der Vorderseite nach unten. Achtet darauf das der Rahmen so liegt das die Ecke mit den fehlenden Klammern unten rechts ist. Legt dann das Kunststoffglas in den Rahmen. Zieht vorher die Schutzfolie vom Kunststoffglas. Darauf legen wir das Passepartout mit unserem befestigten Motiv. Nun setzen wir den Innenrahmen ein und legen die Rückseite mit der Lampe darauf. Die Ecke der Rückseite mit der Kabeldurchführung muss unten rechts sein. Drückt nun die Klammern wieder so zu, dass die Rückseite gut gehalten wir. Drückt dazu die Rückseite etwas nach oben und biegt die unteren Klammern zuerst zu. Das gibt uns etwas zusätzlichen Platz für die Kabeldurchführung. - Endlich sind wir beim letzten Punkt. Schießt den Rahmen ein ein USB-Netzteil an. Klickt ggf. auf den Schalterknopf auf der Rückseite und betrachtet euer Werk. Jetzt freuen!
