Anker Powerwave stand

For years I have wanted a phone stand which would hold my phone in landscape and portrait, as well as charge it.

So after upgrading to a Qi-compatible phone, I thought this would be easy thing to have.

I have iphone with Otterbox Defender, and because of the hefty case, there are several millimeters of plastic between the back of the phone and the wireless charging pad. These wireless chargers lose in efficiency quite a lot over distance, so most of the Qi-chargers would refuse to charge my phone.

After some research, I found some good reviews of Anker Powerwave and ordered one. It delivered what it promised and has worked very well with my setup.

Use 0.2mm interface layer on supports, as it will make the cleanup a bit easier. Some of the structure is quite fragile when pushed sideways, so take your time.
