RatRig Toolhead 2.0 IDEX version: Changes to the toolhead to accommodate the IDEX version of V-Core 3.1.

Changes:

Left:

• Switched the Toolhead default probe to the right side (needed for the IDEX and Klipper configuration)
• Removed the left belt tensioner as it is not needed
• Added some minor clearances
• Extended the probe thickness for the Heat Insert as it is in the updated version

Right:

• Removed left belt holder
• Moved the right belt holder to be at the bottom
• Inverted the belt tensioner so it fits the idex system
• Removed the upper tensioner, and added spacer for the upper belt to go to the left toolhead
• Added clearance for the Rapido wiring Mirrored the Probe holder to the left side, as it is originally in the Toolhead 2.0
• Mirrored the Endstop part of the mesh so it can fit the right toolhead
• Added clearance for the bolts of the metal plate, as it is different left and right
• Added more ziptipe holes

Right - No Probe:

• Simplifed the right toolhead without the mount for the Probe
