Started using my akg headphones again, but this part broke years ago, degrading the “fit”. Could not find this part here or any other site, so uploading part i modeled. Maybe someone else will find it useful.

I see no reason why it should not fit other akg with the same design as 240-242 setup. I printed mine with petG, seems to hold up nicely. I guess pla will also work fine.

If anyone prints this and it does not fit for a reason or another, just let me know.
