Ultimate Doorstopper (V5)

Based on my experiences with elder designs this will be the last design.

Print all parts LeverWheel and FrontPlate and RearPlate. When printing the lever-wheel, add the arrow to your plate with the main wheel and probably print the last two layers in a different color, which highligths the arrow. Or omit the arrow then you have an indent arrow.

Print one part of TPU-spacers, any size.

The handlebar is already in handy function. This allows a much more better handling, just turn CCW to open the stopper, turn CW to close and jam the door.

TPU parts are interchangeable, check out what fits best for you.

After basic function test, you can click front and rearplate together, with the wheel inside, then use a solder iron to melt the two pins (inserted in the front plate), then use a steelball (Ø9-10) to flatten the (open) pin and connect both parts "forever"!

Due to exchangeable TPU-Spacers you can adjust the basic thing to your door(s).

All parts printed (PLA) on my MK4, except the TPU parts on my V0.1.
