This is a small riser piece for the aero bars on a pre-2014 Trek Speed Concept. To get a proper bike fit, you need to buy a riser kit for adjusting the height of the aerobars. But the riser kit is expensive and older parts are difficult to find. I designed these 10mm risers to dial in my fit before investing in aluminum parts without buying a full kit.

You could use the plastic risers with high infill to ride on an indoor trainer, but I think it is safer to ride outdoors on metal parts. I might try printing these in PETG with 100% infill and test using a torque wrench to see if it can take the stress of an outdoor ride.
