Mô tả
Simple bracket to repurpose a basic Sengled E1D-G73WNA_2P Zigbee 'door/window' sensor to use as a tilt sensor.
I found myself needing a tilt sensor but only had these basic door/window sensors on hand, so I whipped this up in Onshape.
I made this several months ago and it's held up well enough in my garage in Texas printed in just regular PLA.
You'll either need a well-tuned printer to handle the holes in the hinge part cleanly, or to turn on supports for them. In either case there may need to be some cleanup done at the holes for the hinge piece to swing freely. Part was designed for M4 bolts to firmly seat into the stationary piece, with enough free space in the hinge part for it to freely move. I don't recall what length but it shouldn't particularly matter so long as they don't thread too far into the stationary piece as I intentionally designed the bolt holes very snug on that part.
I've uploaded the individual files but I recommend printing both together (hinge-combined STL) as I had warping issues on the thin arms of the hinge when attempting to print it by itself.
Sensor pieces just friction-fit into the parts. Make sure the magnet/smaller piece is oriented correctly in the stationary part.
