Tiêu đề Nắp ống xả rốn Voron 24 Tóm tắt Luồn cáp rốn CAN
ROUTE CALL CALLICAL Cáp thông qua nắp ống xả của bạn, cùng với Bowden ngược lại
Mô tả
Update: Added INVERTED version, in which the CNLINKO LP-12 is mounted upside down. This makes removing it easier, since the previous version didn't leave much space between the clip on the connector and the frame. If you don't mind the aesthetic, print this one.
Note: The parts are designed for a 3mm ACM back panel, with 3mm foam tape on the back panel and exhaust cover. If you're running something different, you'll need to modify the .step files to get a nice fit.

For routing the reverse bowden and an umbilical cable, I created this exhaust cover based on Autocrit's cover.
For the umbilical cable, there's a slot for a CNLINKO LP-12 connector. This makes removing and replacing the umbilical cable super convenient.
For the reverse bowden, a PG7 strain relief is mounted to the back of the printer. This is especially usefull for 4x3 PTFE tubes, which tend to kink.
To route the cable to the electronics bay, you might want to check out my modified back-center skirt for a 300mm v2.4r2.
BOM
- 1x CNLINKO LP-12 connectors/plugs
- I can recommend putting one on the toolhead as well
- 1x PG7 strain relief
Assembly
- Remove the support fron the female PG7 thread.
- Check if your bowden tube fits
- If not, you can carefully enlarge the bore with a drill bit or a wrench. Go one step at a time, until you're satisfied with the friction.
- Alternatively, if you want more friction, print a cylinder with a 4mm bore, and insert it into your PG7 strain relief.
- Mount the CNLINKO LP-12 plug with the latch upwards, and secure it with the included nylon nut from the back.
- Apply some foam tape to the exhaust cover, and install it.
