I enlarged the filament input hole and added threads to accept a PC4-M6 connector. This makes it easier to run a PTFE tube to a filament enclosure or filament located a distance away from the printer. Print with standard Prusa recommended settings (.2mm layer height, PETG). Make sure to cleanup/post process the part to ensure the filament path is free of any obstructions/strings. I found a 7/32 drill bit cleaned up the first part of the modified hole nicely, and a 5/32 drill bit cleaned up the rest of the hole (just past where the ball goes). Just use the bits in your hand (don't chuck them in a drill), there should be very minimal effort needed and really not much to cleanup. As far as inserting the PC4-M6 connector, run this in all the way with a wrench or plyers first. Take care to make sure it goes in straight. Once you do this, it should move a lot easier by hand.
