The teeth on the stock leveling lever can wear down, this is replacement in the form of a regular knob. You may even want to give it a go even if your stock lever is fine, this is much easier to use.
Take of the original lever, and push this on. Recommend to hold it on with a washer and M4 bolt.
Optionally use some loctite on the teeth to make sure it has no chance of slipping (unlikely).
I printed it with PLA 35% infill.
