Salty Spooky and Pepper Spider

1. Introduction

Salt and pepper shakers for Halloween. Welcome “Salty Spooky” and “Pepper Spider” and give them a place at your table !

For the story, I got this idea when thinking about about the last Prusa Contest for Halloween. But because I don't have enough filament and time at the moment, I didn't test the print myself. So feel free to give me all your feedbacks to improve them incrementally.

1. All elements
   • PETG or PLA.
   • Layer Height: 0,2 mm
   • Min 2 perimeters
   • Min 20% infill
   • Infill Pattern: Gyroid

• The printed parts
• A bit of glue (cyanoacrylate)

5. Assembly Instructions

1. For “Salty Spooky”, either you need to paint its mouth and eyes in black or print the details in black and glue them with a bit of super glue.
2. For “Pepper Spider”, it is the same. But you need also to print two eyes ;)
3. Test each thread by screwing the cap onto the bottle. Do it a couple of time to smooth the thread a little bit.
4. Check that the shaker holes are clear from burrs.
5. Fill in the bottles with salt and pepper, screw the caps and let it scare the table.

5. Notes

• G-code file only made for MK3S+. The file contains some custom lines to add a pre-heating before the printing to avoid oozing during the mesh bed levelling. And a timer at the end of the print to buzz a sound once the parts has cooled down.
• Do not use the g-code file on other machines than MK3S+ ! In any case, I recommend you to slice the .stp files by yourself to make your own g-code files.
