Holder for toothbrushes to be mounted on a wall
Thiết kế sử dụng lò xo in để giữ các bàn chải có kích thước khác nhau tại chỗ.
Mô tả
This is a very compact design, but since I couldn't find anything fitting my needs, it may be slightly over-engineered. My kids often buy wooden toothbrushes, so it was important that they don't just stand on a surface that gets wet and catches mold. Moreover, the diameters of the brushes vary since we hardly buy the same ones every time. But I wanted the brushes to clip in securely and not dangle around. Therefore, I needed something that grips brushes of various sizes.
I designed this piece to be mounted with strong double-sided tape so that I don't have to drill holes in my ceramic tiles.
The spring parts should be printed in PETG; I believe PLA would deform quickly. I tested some brushes and found that diameters between 6mm and 9mm work quite well with the soft spring. I didn't check the harder springs, but since I already designed them, I included them anyway. I also provided three different versions of the case: a small, simple version, one with a back panel to accommodate a larger tape, and one with the initial letters of my kids on the panel, just as an example. As always, I've included the FreeCad files for you to adapt the model.
