I have a few Google/Nest battery cameras and wanted to mount them in corners. The magnetic mount works great the wall, but corners are a problem.

This comes in two pieces. The first piece (inner) is mounted to the wall first. There are two screw holes, but you really only need one. Use a 1 ½" screw. The angle is greater than 90 degrees to account for the way corners are typically finished with a build-up of sheetrock mud.

After that part is on the wall, use the screws & mounting ring that come with the camera to fasten the second part (outer) to the first part. At this point, you should be able to put the magnet plate on.
