Hijet S110P Truck End Caps - Tailgate and Bed Sides

These are the end caps for the hollow top rails on the tailgate and bed sides of an S110P Daihatsu Hijet Japanese mini truck. These end caps are often damaged or missing on older mini trucks and it may be difficult to source replacements in most countries.

The parts are all very similar. The left front and right rear bed side end caps are the same part, and the right front and left rear bed side end caps are the same part, so you'll need two of each of those parts. The tailgate end caps are the same as the previous two parts but with the screw hole closer to the cap, so you'll need one of each of those parts.

You will need a small stainless screw for each of the six end caps.

I printed these parts from black TPU, 98A durometer, with three layers (top, bottom and perimeter), and 70% rectilinear infill. These are rough duty functional parts and need to be solid. Each part took 57 minutes to print on an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro with 60 mm/s print speed and 200 mm/s travel moves.
