20 AWG Motor Wire Protector for FPV Quadcopter

This design is simply rolled over the wire, so they can be added or removed at any time without desoldering or pulling wires through.

The F3D file is included to modify/create any length. As you make them longer (printed upright), the quality may be reduced as the print can flex.

I print 35mm length without issue, but the layers at the top do have a gap that does not happen down at 15 or 20mm.

15mm can fit under standard width Nitto electrical tape.

Printed in TPU with 100% infill, 0.1mm layer height.
