I needed a case for an RPi with the automation hat so I made one in OpenSCAD, using 4 M2.5 spacers in 8mm (male-female), 4 in 10mm (female-female) and 8 M2.5 screws.

I had best results printing in 0.2mm layer height; supports (on build plate only) are needed for the screw holes.

Use some leftover clear filament for the light pipes.

The OpenSCAD file has an optional flag to replace the lower screw hole with holes for melt-in inserts, enable that and adapt the file to your needed values if you need to.
