BIQU HERMIT CRAB Enderwire/Switchwire Mount

A 3D Printed mount for attaching a BIQU HERMIT CRAB tool-changer to an MGN12H linear rail. This mount is designed for an Ender 3 with a Voron Switchwire conversion (Ender-wire) but may also function on a regular Switchwire, although I have not tested this.

The mount has the ability to fit a probe mount, such as for a Klicky, in the same spot as the regular Voron mount. The slot is slightly undersized so that the thread is cut by the screws.

The holes for the X-axis microswitch are also modelled but may need to enlarged to accept your specific microswitch.

The screws to mount the Hermit Crab will also need to be longer. 22mm M3 countersink machine screws are required.

I printed mine in PLA, however as with all Voron parts, ASA or ABS is recommended for its improved heat resistance.

Extra wall thickness is recommended (3-4) alongside greater infill (40-60%)
