On my Ender 3 Pro the black aluminum spacers are a fraction of a millimeter larger than the hole for the eccentric nut in the back plate. The other 4 holes are fine just the two for the eccentric nuts might be a problem. I decided to make a part that fits over the two spacers and should keep them from popping through.
Mine was printed in ABS, PETG should work too but avoid PLA since it is affected by heat and tends to creep. After they are printed start the aluminum spacer into it and finish by squeezing it in a vice or small press. Print at 100% infill, no supports are needed.
