Ikea UTRUSTA corner cabinet carousel base fix

I have probably put too much weight on mine Ikea UTRUSTA Corner base cabinet carousel unit, but it keeps unscrewing and pulled the screw out from the cabinet making it worse. As a workaround I have created this adapter that should keep it in place using five M3x16 screws.

Printed on default settings, upside down for better top finish.

After creating it I have noticed that there is an alternative approach but I prefer mine :)
