Bamboo Bridge

An attractive little bridge designed so that the main platform appears to be constructed of a series of bamboo trunks, supported by elegant curved beams, and fit with hand rails to ensure safe crossing.

The bridge is intended to be printed on its side (as the STL is oriented). I printed the one shown in the pictures without either supports or brim, but if you're worried about the short bridged area by the post holes you could add a small support there for a cleaner print. The rails have a slight angle built into the bottom of each post so that they can slide into the provided slots (with just a bit of force) and then simply friction fit (so no glue is required.)

As designed, the bridge is 10 cm long, but can certainly be scaled as desired. If you scale it smaller make sure you're using the “Arachne” wall generator in the slicer, or you may have trouble with the bamboo walls disappearing.
