Wire Management Bracket with ADXL345 Mount for Micro Swiss NG

Overview:

I have modified a version of the design on Thingiverse by wtxdxer which allows for the mounting of an ADXL345. The ADXL I utilized is labeled "HiLetgo GY-291 ADXL345" and can be found at this link. You can use others, just be sure the mounting holes and the dimensions are similar. The board is about 20.5mm by 16.5mm with 15mm (from center) mounting holes.

Versions Available:

• Heated Inserts Version
• M3 Screws Version

Version Details:

• Heated Inserts Version: This version utilizes heated inserts to secure the ADXL in place. Make sure to use screws that are 4mm or 6mm long.
• M3 Screws Version: This version uses only M3 screws to attach the ADXL. Use 6mm screws for this version.

Recommended Hardware:

• For Heated Inserts Version: 4mm or 6mm screws.
• For M3 Screws Version: 6mm M3 screws.

Shroud Compatibility:

• I used a printed shroud which can be found here. If you are using the shroud that comes with the Micro Swiss NG, you may need to use a 10mm to 12mm screw instead.
