I have the HelloBaby HB6650 Baby Monitor (Amazon link). While it has pan/tilt functionality, when I put it on a high shelf, it can't see below the shelf very well. This ramp tilts it forward to get a better angle for the crib.

The ramp is designed to be used with the provided wall mount to attach the camera, but only wall screws are provided. Instead, I used 2 M3 8mm screws + nuts. I believe M4 should also work, but haven't tested it with those. The holes in the wall mount are tapered, but there's enough clearance to use non-tapered screws

I also plan on using removable Command strips to attach it to the shelf to make sure the camera doesn't fall forward. The current model is at a 22.5 degree angle, which works for us, and doesn't topple over on its own, but it's better to be safe! If you need a steeper angle, please let me know.
